What is sleMplsTpOamFmInit?
Selects which IETF fault-management function a subsequent control command initializes: fault measurement, lock-instruct, or loopback. An admin sets this alongside the target MEG/ME/MEP objects before issuing the actual set/unset request on the FM control row.
