What is sleMplsTpOamFmControlInterval?
Sets the message interval, either 1 second or 60 seconds, to apply to the ITU-T alarm indication or lock function being configured. An admin picks the faster interval for quicker fault propagation, or the slower one to conserve OAM bandwidth.
