sleMplsTpNodeCfgControlRequest

Module: SLE-MPLS-TP-NODE-MIB

OID (symbolic): SLE-MPLS-TP-NODE-MIB::sleMplsTpNodeCfgControlRequest

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6296.101.16.13.1.2.1

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: This object holds the possible read-write columns that can be modified in the TunnelExtNodeConfigTable table. For each read-write column of TunnelExtNodeConfigTable table, a Set Operation control value is added in this object.

What is sleMplsTpNodeCfgControlRequest?

This object triggers a configuration action on the TunnelExtNodeConfigTable's read-write columns: setMplsTpNode(1) to apply pending node identifier settings, or unsetMplsTpNode(2) to clear them. Admins set this after populating the other sleMplsTpNodeCfgControl* objects (global ID, ITU-T CC/ICC, node ID, node type) to actually commit those staged MPLS-TP node identifier values. Setting this to setMplsTpNode(1) after configuring the control-table's identifier objects applies those MPLS-TP node identity settings to the device.
