What is sleMplsTpNodeCfgControlItutIcc?
This writable object stages an MPLS-TP ITU-T Carrier Code (ICC) value, per RFC 6370, to be applied to this node when sleMplsTpNodeCfgControlRequest is set to setMplsTpNode(1); it should be zero when the Global Operator Identifier control object is instead assigned a non-zero value. Admins set this to configure the node's identity under the ITU-T carrier-code scheme rather than the global-ID scheme. Setting this value and then triggering setMplsTpNode(1) assigns this node its ITU-T carrier code identifier.
