OID (symbolic): SLE-DHCP-MIB::sleDhcpMode

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.6296.101.6.1.1.6

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: The Dhcp operation mode.

What is sleDhcpMode?

Shows which mode the DHCP subsystem is running in: noOperation(0) if disabled, serverMode(1) if leasing addresses directly, or relayMode(2) if forwarding requests to an upstream server. This tells an admin at a glance whether the switch is acting as the DHCP server itself or just a relay agent.
