What is sleDcnIfDcnMode?
The DCN operating mode of this interface: noDcnIf(0) meaning it doesn't carry DCN traffic at all, auto(1), passive(2), or l2(3) for Layer-2 DCN mode. An admin sets this per interface to control which links actually participate in the DCN overlay.
