The new node-type value (ne, gne, or l2ne) an admin is setting for this device via the sleDcnControlRequest=setNodeType(1) action, mirroring the enumeration used by the read-only sleDcnNodeType object. Setting it changes what role this device plays in the DCN overlay going forward.
