What is oduXcConnConfigRowStatus?

oduXcConnConfigRowStatus is the standard SNMP RowStatus object used to create, modify, or delete a row in the ODU cross-connection table. An admin sets this to createAndGo when provisioning a new ODU cross-connect between a P1 source and P2 sync port, or to destroy to tear one down. For example, setting oduXcConnConfigRowStatus to active(1) after creation confirms the cross-connection between the specified P1 and P2 ports is in effect and passing traffic.
