Description: A count of the number of times the receiving media is non-idle (a carrier event) for a period of time greater than or equal to slot-time for half-duplex operation, or greater than or equal to min-frame-size for full-duplex operation, and during which there was at least one occurrence of an event that causes the PHY to indicate 'Data reception error' on the GMII.
What is skGeStatRxSymbolCts?
A running count of carrier events lasting at least one slot-time (half-duplex) or one min-frame-time (full-duplex) during which the PHY signaled a data-reception error over the GMII -- typically a physical-layer signal integrity problem.
