What is cdx6500sdlcsQLLCState?

The current state of the QLLC (Qualified Logical Link Control) layer for this station's X.25 connection: INOPERATIVE (no connection), LINK-CLOSED (call up but no QXID exchange), LINK-OPENING (QXID done, awaiting QUA/QDM), LINK-OPENED (data flowing), LINK-CLOSING (disconnecting), or LINK-RECOVERY (station sent a QFRMR, may need a manual boot to clear). The MIB notes this value is not actually supported on the 6500, so admins should not rely on it for that platform.
