What is wbrStpConfigBPDUAge?

This value reports the age of the information contained in the last Configuration BPDU received from the Designated Bridge on a specific link, valid only when wbrStpConfigBPDUAgeActive indicates active. Admins use it to see how stale the topology information on that port currently is.
