What is tunnelInfoState?

Reports the current lifecycle state of this tunnel, such as create, call (active), openclosing, or destroy, per the object's description. Admins monitor this to track a tunnel's connection progress and to detect tunnels stuck mid-teardown (openclosing) or never fully established. A tunnelInfoState of call(5) would indicate the tunnel is actively up and passing traffic, whereas closed(3) means it has been shut down.
