What is confIfCreateObj?

A write-only 59-byte binary blob used to atomically create a new confIfTable row: it packs the four address/mask pairs plus all of the link's RIP, BOOTP, proxy-ARP and filter-default settings into one SNMP SET, returning genError if a row for that interface already exists.

Examples

Walk all instances (SNMPv2c):

snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.208.42.1.1.1.18
snmpwalk -v2c -c public <target> SCA-IPROUTER-MIB::confIfCreateObj

Get a specific instance (index 1):

snmpget -v2c -c public <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.208.42.1.1.1.18.1
snmpget -v2c -c public <target> SCA-IPROUTER-MIB::confIfCreateObj.1

Set instance 1 (SNMPv2c):

snmpset -v2c -c private <target> 1.3.6.1.4.1.208.42.1.1.1.18.1 s <value>
