What is diagListIndex?
This read-only integer reports this entry's position within the diagnostics table. Admins use it as the row key when walking the table to enumerate each logged diagnostic condition in order. For example, diagListIndex 1 identifies the first entry in the diagnostics table, which an admin can use as a starting point when polling sequentially.
