What is diagListCode?
This read-only integer uniquely identifies the specific diagnostic situation represented by this entry, and can be set to 0 by an admin to delete this individual entry from the table. Admins use the code value to look up the exact condition being reported, and use the delete-via-zero mechanism to remove individual stale entries without clearing the whole table. For example, an admin who has resolved the issue behind a specific diagListCode value can set that entry's code to 0 to remove just that one entry from the diagnostics table.
