What is sbsmStatsUnsupportedSecLevels?

This counter tracks how many times a peer requested a security level this device doesn't support during session negotiation. An admin monitors it to detect misconfigured peers attempting to negotiate an incompatible security level. As an illustrative example, a rising count could indicate a peer device configured with a stronger or different security policy than this device supports.
