Description: This MIB controls the upstream power limit imposed on the cable modem (in dB).
What is saCmUsPowerLimit?
Sets the upstream transmit power ceiling imposed on the modem, in dB (default 51), capping how hard the modem is allowed to drive its upstream signal regardless of what the network requests.
