What is s5TrStaInfoOutBurstErrs?
This is a running counter of burst errors reported against this station by its nearest active downstream neighbor, the counterpart to s5TrStaInfoInBurstErrs, per IEEE 802.5 section 3.8.3. An admin uses this to localize burst-error trouble to the segment leaving this station toward its downstream neighbor.
