This is a running counter of AC (Address Copied) errors reported against this station by its nearest active downstream neighbor, the counterpart to s5TrStaInfoInACErrs, per IEEE 802.5 section 3.8.4. An admin uses this to localize address-copy trouble to the segment leaving this station.
