The value is zero if this entry in the table was created due to the receipt of a topology message from another NMM on a different ring and the bridge connecting the rings was a transparent only bridge and it does not generate topology messages.
What is s5TrTopBdgAdjRingNum?
This value reports the ring number of the adjacent ring joined by a discovered bridge, or zero if the entry came from another NMM's topology message via a transparent-only bridge that doesn't itself send topology messages. Admins use it to map out which rings a given bridge interconnects.
