s5AgTrapEntryStatus

Module: S5-AGENT-MIB

OID (symbolic): S5-AGENT-MIB::s5AgTrapEntryStatus

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.45.1.6.4.2.11.1.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-write

Description: A manager is restricted to change the state of an entry base on the following table:

create under To: valid Request Creation invalid From: valid OK NO OK OK createRequest N/A N/A N/A N/A underCreation OK NO OK OK invalid NO NO NO OK nonExistent NO OK NO OK

In the table above, it is not applicable to change the state from createRequest to any other states.

When the status of a table entry is set to the value of invalid(4), the entry will be removed from the table. If an entry has been in the underCreation(3) state for more than 10 minutes, it will be set to invalid(4) and subsequently removed from the table.

This variable is requried for row creation.

What is s5AgTrapEntryStatus?

RowStatus-style control governing this trap-filter entry's lifecycle, restricted to a specific state-transition table (e.g. valid can move to underCreation or invalid, but not to createRequest); setting it to invalid(4) removes the row, and a row stuck in underCreation(3) for more than 10 minutes is automatically invalidated and removed.
