What is s5AgDaylightSavingsRecurring?

Selects whether the DST schedule is a yearly recurring rule or a single fixed occurrence: true switches from the explicit month/day/year objects (s5AgDaylightSavingsStartMonth through EndYear) over to the week/day-of-week-based recurring objects (s5AgDaylightSavingsRecurringStartWeek through RecurringOffset), which is how most real-world DST rules like 'second Sunday in March' are actually expressed.
