What is rtcpXrVoipGapLossDensity?
Reports the density of lost and discarded packets during gap (low-loss) periods of the call, per RFC 3611 Section 4.7. This complements rtcpXrVoipBurstLossDensity by describing loss during the call's otherwise-clean stretches.
