Description: Indicates whether RIP information may be sent/received over this circuit.
What is ripCircState?
Controls whether RIP information may be sent and received over this specific circuit (on by default), letting an admin suppress RIP on one interface, for example a WAN link where static routes are preferred, without disabling RIP for the whole IPX instance.
