Description: Total number of packets that exceeded the specified traffic rate limiting on a particular rsL2RLApplyEntry entry. Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of rsL2RLCounterDiscontinuityTime.
What is rsL2RLExceedPacketCount?
This counts the total packets that exceeded the configured rate on this Layer-2 rate-limit apply entry, the packet-level counterpart to rsL2RLExceedByteCount, letting admins see how many individual packets were throttled by this L2 rate limit.
