Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of rsL2RLCounterDiscontinuityTime.
What is rsL2RLExceedByteCount?
This counts the total bytes of traffic that exceeded the configured rate on this Layer-2 rate-limit apply entry, letting admins quantify how much traffic a given L2 filter/port-group rate limit is actually throttling; it can experience discontinuities, reported via rsL2RLCounterDiscontinuityTime.
