Description: The number of times that an appropriate flow for the packet is not found in the L3 flow table. As a result, this packet goes to the CPU to create a L3 flow entry.
On the RS platform with HRT mode enabled, the packet would not go to the CPU.
What is rsIfInIpTableMisses?
Counts packets for which no matching entry existed in the L3 flow table, forcing a trip to the CPU to establish one; a persistently high rate suggests the flow table is too small or churning for the traffic pattern.
