What is rsIfForceEtherIIState?
Indicates whether the port is configured to force incoming frames to be interpreted as Ethernet II encapsulation rather than auto-detected; false means either it's not an Ethernet port or this forcing isn't enabled, which an admin checks when frames are being misclassified.
