wfOspfStubMetric
Module: RFC7777-MIB
OID (symbolic): RFC7777-MIB::wfOspfStubMetric
OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.18.3.5.3.2.3.2.1.7
Node type: OBJECT-TYPE
Type: INTEGER
Access: read-write
Description: 'The metric value applied at the indicated type of service. By default, this equals the least metric at the type of service among the interfaces to other areas.'
What is wfOspfStubMetric?
This read-write value sets the default route metric the router advertises into a stub area for the indicated type of service, normally defaulting to the least metric already seen among interfaces to other areas. An administrator tunes it to steer traffic leaving the stub area toward a preferred exit.
