What is dsx3TotalCCVs?
This OID holds a count of C-bit coding violations (errors in how data is encoded) that occurred on a DS3 telecommunications line over the past 24 hours. It measures data integrity by counting times the signal wasn't correctly formatted according to the protocol standard. A network operator would check this daily to assess line quality; high numbers indicate a noisy circuit that may need repair.
