Description: The number of seconds between link-state advertisement retransmissions, for adjacencies belonging to this interface. This value is also used when retransmitting database description and link-state request packets. This value should be well over the expected round-trip time.
What is ospfVirtIfRetransInterval?
This sets the number of seconds between link-state advertisement retransmissions for adjacencies on this virtual link, also used for retransmitting database description and link-state request packets, defaulting to 5 seconds. Admins increase this on a virtual link with a longer round-trip time than the default assumes, to avoid needlessly re-sending packets that are simply still in flight.
