Description: The 32 bit identifier for the Stub Area. On creation, this can be derived from the instance.
What is ospfStubAreaID?
This is the 32-bit identifier of the stub area a row in the stub-area metric table applies to, and can be derived automatically from the instance on row creation. Admins use it to specify which stub area a particular default-metric entry (paired with ospfStubTOS) applies to.
