Sets the maximum downlink burst rate for this link as a code 1-8, corresponding to 6 through 54 Mb/s (e.g. 5 = 24 Mb/s, 8 = 54 Mb/s). An admin lowers this to cap downlink bandwidth for a subscriber or raises it for a stronger radio link that can sustain a higher modulation rate.
