What is rdnCmtsCmPSActiveChSetId?
This read-only value is the currently active channel set identifier for the current modem in partial service. Admins compare this against rdnCmtsCmPSAssignedChSetId to see how far a modem's actual bonded channels have fallen short of its originally assigned set. For example, an active set with fewer channels than the assigned set confirms the modem lost use of one or more bonded channels.
