What is buc2LatchedFaults?
Reports BUC 2's latched, sticky, fault bits using the same bit layout as buc2Faults, so a transient fault that has since cleared still shows here until reset. Useful for catching intermittent problems between polling intervals; reads -1 if BUC 2 isn't connected.
