What is rbnQosSubsRLClassConformOctets?
This counter tracks octets for this subscriber's rate-limit class that conform to (stay within) the configured rate limit. Admins compare this to the exceed/violate counters for the same class to see what fraction of the subscriber's traffic is within versus over their policed rate.
