What is rbnQosSubsQueueOutOctets?
This counter tracks the number of octets successfully transmitted out of a specific transmit queue on a subscriber's session circuit. Admins use this to monitor per-subscriber traffic volume broken down by queue, for example to confirm a subscriber's traffic is using the expected priority queue.
