What is rbnQosSubsQueueHCWredDroppedPkts?
This is the 64-bit version of rbnQosSubsQueueWredDroppedPkts, tracking packets dropped from a subscriber's session queue due to WRED. Admins use this high-capacity counter for subscribers with high enough throughput that the 32-bit version would wrap too quickly to poll reliably.
