Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
What is rbnQosIfQueueOutPkts?
This counter tracks the number of packets successfully transmitted out of a specific transmit queue on a QoS-enabled interface. Admins use this alongside rbnQosIfQueueOutOctets to derive average packet size for traffic in this queue.
