Description: The total number of outbound octets that were dropped on the interface, including but not limited to octets dropped due to limiting.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
What is rbnQosIfOutDroppedOctets?
This counter tracks the total outbound octets dropped on a QoS-enabled interface, including but not limited to drops caused by rate limiting. Admins watch this for unexpected growth as a sign outbound traffic is being throttled or discarded on this interface.
