Description: The total number of pre-limited octets transmitted out of the interface, including framing characters. This object is a 64-bit version of rbnQosIfOutOctets.
Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
What is rbnQosIfHCOutOctets?
This is the 64-bit version of rbnQosIfOutOctets, tracking the total pre-limited octets transmitted out of a QoS-enabled interface. Admins use this high-capacity counter on high-speed interfaces where the 32-bit version would wrap too quickly to poll reliably.
