Discontinuities in the value of this counter can occur at re-initialization of the management system, and at other times as indicated by the value of ifCounterDiscontinuityTime.
What is rbnQosIfHCInOctets?
This is the 64-bit version of rbnQosIfInOctets, tracking the total post-limited octets received on a QoS-enabled interface, including framing characters. Admins use this high-capacity counter on high-speed interfaces where the 32-bit rbnQosIfInOctets would wrap too quickly to poll reliably.
