What is rbnPingCtlIpTtl?

This sets the IP TTL value used in the ping probe packets for this test, defaulting to 255. Admins lower this value deliberately when they want probes to expire partway along a path, useful for traceroute-like diagnostics of intermediate hops. Setting rbnPingCtlIpTtl to 5 causes probes for this test to expire at the fifth hop rather than reaching the full destination.
