What is rbnIcrLocalPort?

This read-create object sets the local UDP/TCP port number used to send and receive ICR (Inter-Chassis Redundancy) messages, defaulting to 0. Admins configure this to control which port the local ICR process listens on, which must be coordinated with the peer's configuration for the session to establish. Setting it to 6000 would make the node send and listen for ICR messages on port 6000.
