What is rbnIcrKeepAliveInterval?

This read-create value, in seconds and defaulting to 1, sets how often the node sends ICR keepalive messages to its peer. Admins tune this to balance fast peer-loss detection against control-plane overhead between the redundant chassis pair. Setting it to 5 would send a keepalive every 5 seconds instead of the default 1-second interval.
