What is channelArrangement?

This read-only enumeration (na, accp, acap, or ccdp) reports the RF channel arrangement scheme in use, describing how the transmit and receive channels relate to each other in the frequency plan (e.g. co-channel dual-polarization). Admins use it to confirm the unit's spectrum plan matches what was licensed and coordinated for the link.
