What is rasStatsUnknownMessages?
This read-only counter tracks the number of unknown (unrecognized) RAS messages received. Admins monitor it as a health signal; a rising count can indicate protocol version mismatches, corrupted packets, or interoperability problems with a peer device. It increments on every unrecognized message received.
