What is rasStatsResourceAvailabilityIndicator?

This read-only counter tracks the number of Resource Availability Indicator (RAI) messages sent by the endpoint, reporting its available call capacity to the gatekeeper. Admins monitor it to see how often an endpoint is updating the gatekeeper about its remaining call capacity, relevant for gatekeepers doing capacity-aware call routing. It increments on every RAI message sent.
