What is raisecomVlanProtectGroupRowStatus?

This is the standard RowStatus column used to create, activate, or delete a row in the VLAN protect group table. An operator sets it to createAndGo(4) to bring a new protection group online in one step, or to destroy(6) to remove a group that's no longer needed. After configuring a group's VLAN ID and port list, setting this object to createAndGo(4) is what actually activates that VLAN protection group on the switch.
