If no such discontinuities have occurred since the last re-initialization of the local management subsystem, then this object contains a zero value.
What is raisecomRemotePortCounterDiscontinuityTime?
The sysUpTime value at which this interface's counters last had a discontinuity (e.g. a reset or overflow); an admin checks this before trusting a delta between two counter polls -- if it changed in between, the delta isn't meaningful.
